Ideally you've got experience with charter buses, transportation, tour operation, or logistics, but if not you're open to learning new things!
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client base by handling inbound sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Account Executive will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market presence, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.Create detailed transportation itineraries in our Reservation Manager tool, confirm operator availability and pricing within margin goalsPrepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to qualified prospects.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.Account Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams, including supplier relations, operations, and product & technology, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.Market and Industry Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and preferences.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales targets.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience:Proven experience as an Inside Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role.Experience in group travel, transportation, or events, ideally with busesDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office / G-Suite.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
