.Would you like to get involved in **challenging projects** and rapidly gain responsibility?**VISEO** is developing a high level of expertise in all aspects of the information system (Process, Data, Digital, and Technologies), drawing on its expertise to support its customers in their transformation projects.We are "Positive Digital Makers," bringing innovative, ambitious, and strategic projects to our customers.We help them develop new ideas, offerings, ways of collaborating, and ways of producing and selling.We are seeking an "**Account Executive**" as part of our growth.**Your Missions**:You will be responsible for a portfolio of named accounts and new Prospects in which you will be responsible for supporting and promoting all the VISEO group's offerings, in particular:- ERP, EPM & business process improvement- POS E-commerce & OMSYour main mission will focus on:- Solving problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.- Illustrating the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.- Participated in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; researched and assistedwith program development for existing clients and new prospects.- Performing prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met and identify opportunities.- Maintaining a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.- You are identifying your customers' pain points and opportunities for VISEO to alleviate them. Working with a pre-sales engineer, you will build the best solution for the customer with potential partners, specifically Salesforce, Shopify, and Anaplan, organize workshops, manage the sales proposal, ensure customer support, and follow through to closing. You are the overall interface with your customers and, therefore, remain responsible for the service once it has been delivered, even if it comes under the operational responsibility of a VISEO project manager.- You are responsible for implementing the various aspects of the annual plan for your market:- Sales growth.- Profitability review with the operational teams.- More qualitative elements (ensuring that the support sold by VISEO brings value and is not "trivialized").**Your profile**:- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering- You have initial sales experience in one (or more) of VISEO's offerings (digital agency, E-commerce, techno, ERP, etc.).- You are used to complex sales with long cycles (up to 1 year) and know how to get the correct internal experts to support you in the pre-sales phase.- At ease in a technical sales environment, you will be responsible for the sales relationship with C-Level contacts such as CIO / CTO,... but also in a business sales environment with CMO / CFO / Customer Relations or Digital Managers
