The Ramsey Education team is on a mission to help students take control of their financial futures. We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and build long-lasting relationships with schools and educational organizations.

You’ll be responsible for managing accounts and driving renewals to ensure our curriculum reaches as many students as possible. If you're a relationship-builder with a passion for education and sales, we want you on our team!

What Winning Looks Like:
Average 60+ calls a day
Consistently meeting and exceeding retention and revenue goals
Build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and maximizing marketing leads
Maintain relational calls with teachers, schools, and districts
Maintain a detailed log of all activity and interactions with customers in Salesforce

Skills Needed to Win:
2+ years of sales experience
Successfully closing new business
Strong presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salesforce or CRM software experience

Targeted Compensation $65,000 - $105,000/year* (includes base and commission)
*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
