Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia The Account Executive plays a crucial role in managing a subset of Arcadia's customer portfolio valued at approximately $3-5M in annual revenue. Responsibilities include overseeing account operations, financial performance, and growth. This role involves close collaboration with customers to ensure the adoption of Arcadia as their population health platform and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, passionate about supporting customers in leveraging Arcadia as their population health and analytics platform and managing the overall success of customer accounts. What Success Looks Like In 3 months - Complete Arcadia Core Platform certification - Fulfill onboarding requirements at Arcadia - Successfully onboard to all customers in your portfolio to ensure swift ramp-up in supporting customers In 6 months - Establish governance structures with each customer - Manage day-to-day relationships and needs of each customer, including awareness of any escalations, current implementations, and reporting of customer satisfaction and NPS - Develop strategic customer roadmaps, focusing on growth, adoption, and partnership In 12 months - Continue to grow the assigned customer portfolio through account growth opportunities and manage an increase in customer account assignments - Assist in the onboarding and education of new Account Executives - Collaborate with Sales Associates on potential customer identification, leveraging current customer account stories and professional networks
\n What You'll Be DoingRelationship Management: Serving as the primary account management representative for a portfolio of customers valued at $3-$5M in total annual revenueLong-term Partnerships: Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with customers to ensure the adoption of Arcadia as their population health platform. This includes account planning, strategic executive-level discussions, managing escalations, and monitoring/impacting the financial success of the customer accountStrategic Planning: Conducting routine and scheduled strategic planning sessions with customers, tracking progress and key milestones in an account plan for each customerAccount Growth: Identifying and developing growth opportunities within accounts which includes new connectors/data sources, Arcadia Insights engagements, Life Sciences program participation, and new modulesRevenue Tracking: Tracking and reporting on revenue metrics for client accounts, ensuring targets are met or exceededRevenue Growth: Developing strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-sellingCustomer Satisfaction: Accountable for customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), product adoption, referenceability, and overall satisfaction.
