\n What you'll do: Own the entire sales process from end to end: convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close dealsBecome a product expert capable of building custom demos for the prospectsNavigate multi-level decision making processes and have a strong presence presenting to executivesGrasp complex solution sales messaging and convey it to prospects Be a product expert across our platform and understand the competitive landscapeUtilize tech stack to enhance, manage, and track deal velocity (ZoomInfo, Gong, Hubspot, etc) ??You should apply if you…..Have 5+ years of SaaS sales experienceAre comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking challenging questions.Sell consultative-ly - not on price, product features, benefits, bells, or whistles.Have experience managing the entire sales cycle including hunting, developing, and closing new businessAre comfortable selling to companies ranging from 100 to 10,000 employees Bonus points for…..Experience selling Human Resources (or related) Technologies Owning strategic sales cycles with multiple decision maker personasA degree in business Compensation: Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 base (depends on experience)Target Commission: 80-100% of base salaryEquity: .01% - 0.02%
