Role Details and Expectations Lotlinx is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting with decision-makers at dealerships who are interested in leveraging our cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Prospect and reach out to dealership decision-makers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and promote Lotlinx software solutions. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each dealership's unique challenges and objectives. Articulate the value proposition of our software in a compelling and persuasive manner. Educate potential clients on how our software can help them control risk, optimize inventory, increase profitability, and improve vehicle turnover rates. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position Lotlinx solutions. What We Are Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term business relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to quickly understand complex software solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions Works independently; receives minimal guidance Team player, motivated, passionate, sophisticated, and coachable Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Auto experience preferred, not required Experience with presentation tools, Salesforce, and Outreach Proven track record of sales success Experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the software or technology industry Lotlinx is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
