### Job Title: Account Executive Lead - Commercial Lines

### About the Role:
As an Account Executive Lead - Commercial Lines, you will play a crucial role in strategically coordinating and executing client marketing, servicing, risk management, and sales activities. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, increasing account retention, and solving complex customer service issues. You will also direct day-to-day activities and workflow, support team communication, training, and development under Operations Leadership.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Competence and Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical and industry expertise.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as an extension of the Producer, managing client relationships, conducting one-on-one meetings, and negotiating/closing new business and renewals.
- Team Leadership: Direct day-to-day activities, delegate tasks, communicate performance expectations, and monitor execution to meet performance requirements and timelines.
- Training and Development: Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development for the account team and new hires.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring team performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with core work processes and company policies, identifying and adopting best practices.
- Client Servicing: Manage a variety of customer service, account management, and risk management activities, including policy administration, billing, claims, and policy reviews.
- Policy Management: Oversee new business and policy renewal processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete policy transaction details, agency management systems, and other platforms.
- Communication: Maintain transparent communication with the account team and Producer regarding client service and policy administration activities.
### What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience, or 7 years in sales, marketing, or relationship management.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business and client needs.
- Licensing: All required active licenses; professional designation (such as CIC) preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, prioritization, delegation, and customer advocacy skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle large work volumes with high accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Character: Exceptional personal character and integrity.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
