Responsibilities: Relationship building and ability to quickly close new business with business owners in the SMB space. Working hand and hand with Business Development Reps to build custom solutions for small business owners. Making a high volume of outbound calls from in-house generated leads as well as individual prospecting. Building and maintaining a sales pipeline. Encouragement to think/ adapt to selling with technology methods to augment phone calls. Ex. social media, text, email, video conferencing. Qualifications/Skills: High energy and infectious attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. 2+ years inside sales experience (B2B/ short sales cycle preferred). Ability to complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to solution value-based closing. Base with unlimited earning potential (commissions + residuals) = $110k+ OTE 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Fri Schedule - no evenings, weekends, or holidays - we're big on work/life balance!
