Job Description Toradex seeks a dynamic Account Executive for Strategic Accounts to join our North American sales team. This role involves prospecting and identifying new projects within a target list of high-potential customers who align with Toradex's strategic customer profile and vertical markets.

The mission of the Account Executive – Strategic Accounts is to drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within a target list of high-value profile customers in the region. This professional will leverage their expertise in the embedded industry to build strong relationships, communicate Toradex's unique selling propositions, and ensure target customers consider our solutions. By understanding and translating customer needs, the Business Development Manager will contribute to continuously improving our products and services, facilitating successful partnerships and long-term customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities: Focus on finding new projects where Toradex can participate Understand Toradex's offerings and identify new high-profile customers to be targeted Establish and nurture connections within customer organizations to uncover new projects Identify opportunities and manage the initial stages of the sales process Ensure Toradex is considered in the customer's supplier list Understand customer needs and relay this information to the Toradex product team Provide feedback on requested features and important topics for customers Build strong relationships with partners and providers to receive referrals for new business Skills and experience Extensive knowledge and experience in the embedded industry (7+ years). Preferable Military, Medical or Transportation & Logistics Proven experience as a Business Development Manager focusing on high-value business prospecting Extensive network and ability to build strong connections in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills to effectively convey product and company USP Ability to understand customer requirements, navigate the decision process and access the correct stakeholders in customer organization Team player who can work with Toradex management and technical sales engineers to demonstrate the superior quality of Toradex products and close deals What we offer Company-sponsored Health Insurance with Dental and Vision 401(k) retirement plan with company match contribution Paid time off: Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Flexible working hours with hybrid/remote options Commuting and co-working space reimbursement and most importantly...
