SUMMARY:
Build and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with Mortgage Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents (NDCs) while encouraging and influencing them to deliver loans to VIP TPO.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Improve customer service relationships by tracking Broker and NDC contacts in VIP's Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).Maintain, review, and monitor sales contact information, pipeline reports and other pertinent sales activity reports to improve relationships with customers.Train and educate Brokers and NDCs on programs, products, policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within VIP guidelines.Add value to client relationship by providing additional ancillary services available at VIP, such as assisting in marketing material, to generate additional business.Remain knowledgeable of underwriting guideline and program changes to satisfy customer's needs for VIP's products and services.Be knowledgeable and available to pre-underwrite/pre-qualify loan scenarios.Provide on-going customer service and support to Brokers and NDCs by visiting regularly, to maintain and build professional and personal relationships.Utilize business development skills to establish new business.Communicate well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers, acting as liaison between customers and VIP's internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, required.Minimum 5 years' experience in Wholesale Mortgage and/or Non-Delegated lending experience.Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Existing Client base (preferred).Detail oriented.Ability to thrive in a production driven environment.Be a team player.Computer/Technology savvy.
