Position Summary The Account Growth Representative plays a key role in gaining new business and identifying new leads. Their primary tasks include new lead and sales generation and reactivating accounts. Their ability to build rapport and create mutually beneficial relationships makes them valuable members of the team. This position has little to no travel and supports their accounts virtually over the phone, video calls, and through email. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Meet and exceed assigned goals relating to lead generation. Goals and sales progress to be reviewed weekly with manager and/or sales executive.Actively pursue new accounts in the gardening, hydroponics, or consumer goods sectors.Follow up on all communication requirements related to setting up and starting new accounts.Document all communication in CRM, qualify, and assign leads to the appropriate sales staff for prompt follow up.Show respect and treat clients as long-term partners working with them to create long-lasting and meaningful relationships.Identify and communicate sales opportunities in assigned region.Support the expansion of business in assigned region.Have mastery of Advanced Nutrients product knowledge and be able to apply it to answer customer questions.Document all activities in CRM daily.Other duties as assigned.Market and industry knowledge is preferred.Competent with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to adapt and quickly build rapport with clients and consumers.Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.Capable of giving sales presentations.Adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with change & adaptation to new systems & workflow.2(+) years inside sales experience.2(+) years' experience working in a CRM preferred.Must be proficient with a Smartphone.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Market and industry knowledge is preferred.Competent with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to adapt and quickly build rapport with clients and consumers.Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.Capable of giving sales presentations.Adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with change & adaptation to new systems & workflow.2(+) years inside sales experience.2(+) years' experience working in a CRM preferred.Must be proficient with a Smartphone.High school diploma or GED equivalent.This job description does not imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) of this position.
