We want to extend the benefits of these shipping services to D2C brands and SMBs for their own business to help them serve their customers better & in turn grow their business. This role will be responsible for managing and growing B2B relationships with our key shipper accounts.
We are seeking a street-smart, result-oriented candidate with B2B sales and business development experience, preferably from the shipping & logistics industry. The candidate should be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. One should be collaborative, but equally data-driven and analytical. The individual should constantly strive to expand our understanding of the metrics and industry.
You will create an understanding of the product and target market and develop your account management strategy to retain and grow shippers and win business volume from them. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining positive shipper relations by managing critical input levers.
The candidate is expected to interact with shippers on a day-to-day basis and resolve shipper queries, escalations, and performance concerns. The candidate will act as the first point of contact and bridge between the shipper and Amazon Shipping.

This role, based in Gurugram, involves supporting business growth and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key job responsibilitiesAccount Management: Develop and maintain the relationship as the POC of assigned shipper accounts.Business Growth: Facilitate the growth of shippers' business through effective support and service.Submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Stakeholder Engagement: Represent shipper accounts in discussions with internal teams, including senior leadership.Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics related to delivery and pickup.Billing and COD Reconciliation: Ensure monthly billing and COD reconciliation.Strategic Planning: Implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand share in shipper business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of sales experience
