As an Account Management Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of creative campaigns, delivering against marketing objectives and business needs.

This role will work on multiple campaigns at once - ranging from integrated, awareness driving campaigns to conversion driven executions, spanning across the funnel and shopping journey. This Manager needs to approach the work with an agile, solution-oriented mindset to support customer-focused creative strategies while driving brand consistency and optimizing campaign performance.

The role will lead the work from brief development and creative kickoff, through rounds of reviews with the working team, partners, and leadership. Developing strong relationships and communication skills will be critical as this role navigates partner and team discussions around the work, driving progress and resolution.

This role requires an expert understanding of advertising channels and product capabilities, brand guidelines, creative process, and what's needed to successfully create and launch a variety of campaign types in a rapidly evolving industry with continual expansion of portfolio of offerings.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangement may vary role by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What You'll Do

Effectively manage a portfolio of high touch accounts with varying business needs
Partner with internal teams and external partners to understand campaign priorities to deliver on business needs and meeting brand objectives while driving innovation, optimization and new thinking for our brand and partners
Develop campaign briefs and manage creative strategy considering channel needs, brand consistency, deliverables and timelines
Oversee concepting through production/development and launch of paid media efforts
Review and provide feedback on the work, ensuring it delivers on the brief
Manage kickoffs, creative reviews, communication and coordination with internal business and creative teams and external partners (creative agencies and vendor partners), navigating feedback and the impacts of execution decisions on customer experience and partner objectives

Basic qualifications

8+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing role
8+ years of experience in an agency or marketing role
Ability to manage creative campaign strategies and execution, ranging from highly templated to customized, unique campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Experience across all media channels, including digital, social, video and shoppable
Salesforce and/or Workfront experience
