ABOUT US After seeing Covid-19 rupture supply chains across the globe, we turned our attention to improving them. We recently acquired a 9,000 sqft location in Kermit, Texas. We provide procurement services, and other specialty supply chain services to clients in the Permian Basin. Our products are client-dependent and include items such as fittings, gaskets, flanges, nipples, valves, hoses, sensors, and general supply items. We are looking to build out our operational capacity as our business is expanding.
JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic Client Success / Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and proactive account management.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and challenges. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Account Management & Retention: Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to ongoing support, renewal, and potential expansion. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and driving additional revenue streams within existing accounts. Monitor key client performance metrics and ensure the timely delivery of procurement services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. Project Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their procurement needs and align solutions with their operational goals. Troubleshoot and resolve any procurement-related issues, ensuring client projects are not delayed or impacted. Contract Management & Compliance: Manage client contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions. Stay informed about the latest industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the oil and gas procurement space. Ensure that all procurement activities meet legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with regular updates on account performance, procurement trends, and other relevant metrics. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction, and account health. Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement or growth. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to address client needs and requirements. Contribute to the development and refinement of client success strategies and initiatives. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field, preferably within the oil and gas, procurement, or energy industries. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build rapport. Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and driving client retention. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Additional: Knowledge of industry-specific procurement systems, processes, and standards is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed to client sites or meetings (depending on location and client needs).
