Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? We're searching for a passionate and motivated full-time Account Manager to join our thriving team and support our valued customers in Perth. If you're eager to make a real impact, this role is for you!
As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Hardware portfolio. Your mission is to generate demand, expand our market reach, and build lasting relationships that fuel our growth.
What You'll Be Doing:

Championing a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety within our organisation.
Managing a diverse and dynamic customer base while seizing new sales opportunities. Planning and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize growth potential.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Hitting key targets for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition through the promotion of our innovative products.
Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering expert knowledge on Laminex products, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Keeping our clients ahead of the curve by communicating the latest in New Product Development (NPD) and industry trends.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships.
Strategic thinking and a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
A passion for sales, with experience in account management or business development.
A collaborative mindset, thriving as a part of a dynamic team.
Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus, but your enthusiasm and drive are what really matter.
