Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Ashburn, VA Duration: Full Time We are searching for our next relationship manager for our Staffing business to continue to flourish. This role will be responsible for boosting top-line revenue through cold calling to prospect new customers and help nurture those existing customers. Travel to clients and tradeshow participation is a must in this role, and utilizing a growth mind-set to drive business will be key to your success.
What You Bring: Proven skills in client relationship management
Ability to successfully prospect new customers and complete the intake process
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Driven by metrics and a competitive spirit
Ability to take feedback and put it into action
Forecasting needs for inventory based on market conditions
Ability to travel throughout the US regularly (2-3 times per month
shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities Present and promote products/services to new and prospective clients
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish new and nature existing client and vendor relationships
Provide excellent customer service to consistently deliver on-time and accurate support and recovery
Represent the company, brand, and products through tradeshow participation
Achieve agreed upon SLA's
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyse market potential and track progress
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
