This fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB customer base through expansion and acquisition of net-new customers. Supported by our Lead Development team, you will balance receiving qualified opportunities to drive through the sales cycle with hunting for cross sell and upsell opportunities in your existing customer base. This role reports into our Country Manager.What you’ll be working onSales development and management of Barracuda brand products, including but not limited to, channel development, management and training, high-touch sales.Meet regional and individual sales objectives with accurate forecastingConsistently outperform sales quotas; Achievement driven;Highly competitivePreparing and completing action plansAbility to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within organizationsWhat you bring to the roleIdeally 5 years of IT sales experienceAt least 2 years of experience selling Security productsVendor background would be preferableA successful person having delivered 1 Million USD revenue from the TerritoryExperience working with resellers to co-sellExperience in Network Security and/or Storage, a real benefitStrong C-level/ board level communications skillsProven "hunter' background with a track record of consistent over-quota performance and top tier company rankingStrong working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is recommendedStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on customer success with good business acumen and experience with basic contracts and pricing,Ability to also work individually and as part of a team with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsWhat you’ll get from us:A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
