Scope: The successful Senior Account Manager is a client centric candidate that will grow the customer's wallet share, develop strong client partnerships, and is a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer success. Responsibilities: · Be the centralized key point of contact for customers while ensuring connectivity with operational and sales leadership on client progress, development, and overall growth · Maintain pricing and bid packages for key accounts. · Learn and process client systems for regular updates to shipment status, updates, and quotations when required · Implementation of accounts and/or changes to SOPs alongside branch network · In conjunction with the current company operations team, develop unique solutions to our prospective and/or existing client base · Continuous improvement in both solutions and operations to the business, driving profitability of the accounts · Maintain a commitment to the company's values and business code of ethics Qualifications · Must have minimum of 3+ years in the logistics/freight industry · Have demonstrated the ability to influence and lead people and team · Technology savvy, ability to learn and adapt to different operating systems and modules · Strong communication skill with English fluency is required. Additional language such as Spanish/Mandarin is a plus. · Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills · Ability to motivate team members and offer constructive criticism · Excellent leadership and indirect people management skills · Proactive, aggressive, well-organized and hard working · Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently · Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Please note DeWell has an in-office policy where physical presence is required for up to 4 days a week.
