The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating long-term, trusted relationships, with our customers leading to increased client satisfaction, expansion, and retention. You will be the lead point of contact for a book of 40-70 individual clients driving product utilization and best practice adoption. This position is based out of our brand new Baltimore office so you can experience our inclusive and transparent culture daily. We collaborate best and thrive on having our account management and sales team being in the office throughout the week.
You will… Develop and maintain relationships with both client leadership and administrative staff; seek opportunities to expand client relationships Ensure ongoing best practice utilization of the client platform; liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience Implement and train facility staff on the best practices for utilizing the ConnectRN platform, proactively identify areas for client improvement and leverage your relationships to drive change in client behavior Become an expert at evangelizing connectRN's value proposition, the personas of our customers, and leveraging multiple client stakeholders to service and influence an account Develop and execute individual plans to ensure key monthly targets are met Drive key KPIs set forth by leadership Be able to go into the office in Cincinnati 3x a week You have… A few years of corporate, client-facing sales or account management experience (may include inside sales, telesales, SDR/BDR, account management Working knowledge of CRM, preferably salesforce Strong presentation and communication skills (both in person and on the phone) Prior experience with relationship management A hungry, driven, goal oriented personality You'll get… 100% employer-paid premiums for your (and your family's) Health, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life and AD&D insurance Health Savings Account with contributions from connectRN of up to $2,000 annually Flexible paid time off policy Quarterly commissions 401k with match Expense budget Please note that we are only able to hire permanent residents (green card holders) or U.S. citizens at this time. connectRN is an equal opportunity employer.
