Reporting To: Sr. Director, Sales and Marketing
Position Purpose: The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with current and potential customers.
This position is assigned to a territory or specific accounts and is responsible for representing the entire range of products and services that Harland Medical Systems offers.
Responsibilities: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsMaintain professional relationships with key customer personal already establishedCoordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectationsMeet assigned targets for sales volume and objectives within accountsProactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basisLead solution development efforts that best address customer needs Education, Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum 3 years of selling experience in medical industry preferred Excellent presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong computer skills with competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented, highly organized team playerExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-starter and motivated individual who works independently Working Conditions and Health & Safety: Heated and air-conditioned office environmentThis position requires extensive travelEmployee is required to use appropriate PPE including, but not limited to, nitrile or latex gloves, lab coat, hair bonnet, shoe covers, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection, face shield, or respiratory mask while working in a lab or manufacturing space Harland Medical System's commitment to ensure employee health and safety is a priority.
Personnel engaged in manufacturing shall obtain training required by ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR part 820, FDA 21 CFR part 210 & 211, and Harland Medical System's internal procedures, where deemed appropriate per assigned job functions.
