Purpose
Lay the foundation for successful client partnerships by keeping the agency team organized and up to
speed on all account activities.

Responsibilities
Mastery of the Basics
? Own meeting logistics and requirements for all client meetings.
? Hold well-run meetings — start on time, have proper materials available, and ensure properwritten follow-up.
? Be knowledgeable and manage details of all assigned client projects.
? Ensure clients are proactively and consistently up-to-date on all projects.
? Track hours/scope and distribute hours reports.
? Responsible for accurate and timely budget tracking and invoice billing.
? Responsible for the coordination and creation of presentation materials with appropriate teammembers.
? Maintain and archive detailed records of the life of a project on the agency server.

Account Management
? Become and remain knowledgeable about assigned clients' business, includingmarketing/communication objectives, KPIs, category, competition, etc.
? Track all competitive advertising activity and own the preparation of competitive reviews andupdates.
? Work closely with Project Manager, Creative, Strategy, Digital, and Media groups to keepthem informed of any changes in client and/or competitive climate.
? Own relationships with Project Management lead across assigned accounts/projects.
? Determine if work is in scope/out of scope, work with Resource Planning on hours estimation.
? Maintain client status reports for all projects (job number, deliverables, status, next steps and
key dates, hours).
? Distribute Client Brief internally (objectives, timing and budgetary ballparks).
? Work with Account Leadership, Production, and other department heads to define timeestimates for projects.
? Enter estimates into project management software.
? Work with Agency Operations to assign Account Resources to project.
? Be informed of the internal project schedule to set accurate expectations with client and partneragencies.
? Work closely with Project Manager as needed to align the schedule and status of all projects.
? Facilitate client reviews and sign-off; document feedback, next steps, and share (ConferenceReport) with internal team and client.
? Identify the next steps (tasks, responsibilities, and timing) for creative/brief based on clientreview.
? Work with Production and Business Affairs to manage estimation and client approval of talentcosts.
? Maintain relationships with partner agencies and make them aware of production schedulesand/or changes.

Salary Range

Our estimated range for this role is $70K - $80K

Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.

We benchmark each position against existing employee competencies and 4As compensation data which includes geographic and agency size benchmarks. We also meet with department leaders 3x/year to ensure we are supporting employees in living into their full potential. Our promotions are not limited to a specific time per year. Promotions are tied to performance.
