You've probably seen our screens in action and heard our music in stores but didn't even know it! Job Title: Growth Account Manager Location: Phoenix, Arizona Company: Neon Studios Inc. About Neon: Neon is a customer engagement platform providing businesses with digital signage, overhead music, and guest Wi-Fi. We empower our clients to connect with their customers in more meaningful ways through personalized in-store experiences. Neon is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic Growth Account Manager to drive client expansion and increase our service footprint. Job Overview: As the Growth Account Manager at Neon, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of Neon's services while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth. You will be an essential part of our revenue generation team, contributing directly to our growth and client satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional support, insights, and ongoing communication. Growth Strategy Execution: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding Neon's services within the existing client base. Client Retention: Act as the key point of contact for client escalations, renewals, and long-term retention strategies. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review client performance metrics to ensure they are maximizing Neon's services and work with them to optimize use cases. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform Neon's growth strategies and account management practices. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or digital engagement platforms. Proven track record of driving client growth and managing key accounts in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. 15-30-45 Day Plan: First 15 Days: Onboard with Neon's products, services, and company culture. Begin building relationships with existing clients and internal teams. First 30 Days: Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts. Begin identifying growth opportunities within those accounts, and propose strategies for client expansion. First 45 Days: Implement growth strategies across your account portfolio, start closing upsell opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off and flexible work arrangements. THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX WITH A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. FULLY REMOTE CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
