How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant's Success The Account Manager - Arizona is responsible for the successful execution of the sales plan for their assigned territory and the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
This role includes essential functions such as new business development, customer cultivation & retention, product launch execution, inventory management, travel within the territory as well as maintaining open communications with sales management and customers.
She/he services assigned customer accounts and is responsible for ensuring proper order fulfillment as well as client satisfaction.
The Account Manager also answers customer queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers.
Compensation Plan Position is located in Arizona.
Base Salary is $65,000 - $70,000.
Potential to reach at base plan of $100,000 in salary + commissionPosition includes 10% commission on all new accounts$2,500 guarantee commission for first 6 months only (commission earned above is paid above the guarantee amount)Mileage reimbursementMonthly expense account *The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefit or any other form of compensation may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.

What You Will Do Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and accounts regarding sales.Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel sales initiatives to increase awareness and drive adoption of PTT technologies and products in targeted market segments.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territory.Deliver sales results that meet and or exceed sales goals established by leadership.Management of territory to include documentation of information in company's CRM.Drive customer satisfaction by building trust through relationships with hospital professionals.Responsible for delivering on-label messages in support of product approved indications.Compliance with all sales and marketing policies, corporate policies, state and federal lawsStrategic thinking and planning are required to develop and execute quarterly action plans.Maintain current knowledge of product line/product codes, prices, delivery time, drop-ship items, and other required data.Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of account solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.Spearhead prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities within territory.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g.

What Qualifications You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred2-4 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in an operating room setting with demonstrated progressive levels of accomplishmentStrong communication and time management skillsExceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilityAssertiveness and confidence with expert ability to work under pressureTissue Banking experience is a plus*Must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management. How You Will Grow Develop new accounts through prospecting and referrals to drive incremental revenue.Attain market intelligence that may lead to new product ideas for Pinnacle's product portfolio. Who You Will Partner With Interaction with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service) to improve the entire customer experience.Support any existing 1099 sales reps who are selling Pinnacle products within territory.Face to face and written communication with Director of Sales and Pinnacle Leadership Team to ensure sales goals are achieved. Where You Will Work Full Time position (40 hours or more).
Normal hours include planning time and occasional evenings and weekends may be required to perform other tasks outlined in the job description.Travel by personal auto will be required, with reimbursement for personal auto use provided by the company policy according to the IRS policy.
