Job Description
Dear applicants, please understand this is an onsite JOB. We need someone to be in our Harrison NJ office 5 days a week.
What You'll Do...
Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load. Report on key team recruiting metrics to executive management.
Actively pursue new clients, maintain existing clients, and build client relations.
Conduct meetings with client IT hiring managers to understand current openings and prioritize key requirements
Proactively source, network, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers while ensuring a diverse candidate pool
Analyze market data to make recommendations to hiring managers on the most effective recruiting strategies
Manage and promote the DEREX brand through internal and external job sites, social media, and professional associations
Schedule and conduct comprehensive interviews to achieve hiring goals
Deliver a superior candidate experience by providing excellent communication and timely follow-up regarding their current status within the search
Update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
Qualifications
10+ years' experience in a full life cycle recruiter/lead role, focused on hiring IT professionals
Proven ability and desire to effectively lead and inspire a team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load
Passion and proven track record for developing strong and diverse candidate pipelines by using a multi-pronged approach to IT sourcing
Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, improve processes, and the ability to use data/metrics to diagnose and improve team performance
Advanced experience with social media and recruiting sourcing tools
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and with a sense of urgency
Ability to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels within the organization
Self-starter who approaches challenges with emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
Experience working with applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
