Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company Developing a complete understanding of account needs Strategic planning to improve client results Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Collaborating with VP of Business Development to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with VP of Business Development. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organized team player In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories One to two years' previous work experience in sales, account management, or relevant experience We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has managed key accounts of Fortune 100/500 companies specifically in the Telecom vertical
Has worked with C-Suite or senior level Executives of Fortune 100/500 companies
Has been a part of a high-performance sales department
Has been successful managing accounts worth $10M or more
Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required
10+ years' experience in account management
10+ years of experience working with IT staffing firms
