Responsibilities for this position include:
· Be the front-line communication for Imagine
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Communicate with customers through various channels.
· Coordinate with multiple departments.
· Process customer/internal orders and requests.
· Utilize resources to research and provide resolution against various challenges and customer complaints.
· Provide feedback on customer service processes to support best practices, maintaining overall efficiency.
· Manage low to mid-level customer accounts keeping all training documentation up-to-date
· Knowledgeable of Imagine systems
· Consistently model 5S – safety
· Minimal lifting 10-15 lbs.
Requirements for this position include:
· High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to navigate multiple systems
· Strong attention to detail
· Enthusiastic personality, self-starter
· Ability to stay calm and work through stress in a positive manner
· Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs
· Ability to manage tasks and work independently
· 1-2 years' experience in customer service
