Account Specialist

If so, we're looking for an Account Specialist to join our client, a global sales, marketing and brand development broker in Issaquah, WA. Position Overview: As an Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing sales support by coordinating customer and client services and programs. Reporting to the Account Manager, you'll assist in executing sales programs and office operations, with a focus on Costco and vendor sales initiatives. This role requires basic to intermediate skills in Onlook and Excel, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities: Provide customer service and sales support for domestic and international sales. Assist with shipments for sales as necessary. Cross-train staff on customer sales procedures. Perform administrative tasks as requested. Implement Executive Sales Team procedures in collaboration with the Account Manager. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and security. Assist in generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information. Job Details: Location: Issaquah, WA (100% Onsite)
Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 (Depending on Experience) plus a generous benefits package
Hours: Standard Business Hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Requirements: Experience and understanding of Costco's programs, strategies, and business objectives. Knowledge of account management, customer service, and sales processes. Ability to handle sales-related telephone inquiries with professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and email. Ability to manage stress and time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications: Basic to intermediate skills in Onlook and Excel. Comfortable with coaching and open to feedback. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment. Proactive and able to take initiative when needed. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. #INDHP
