About The Role:

In addition to supporting existing clients and growing their business organically, you will also have the ability to work on a healthcare association account and participate in developing new business presentations. You will be responsible for the management and development of junior team members assigned to your accounts.
Responsibilities:
Work daily with an integrated team to achieve client goals.
Work with senior leaders to provide strategic client recommendations.
Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client's business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends.
Participate in the development of health campaign ideation, development and execution, data/regulatory milestone communication and planning.
Develop and facilitate the creation of campaign and media materials.
Work closely with project managers.
Manage and teach junior colleagues.
Collaborate with finance colleagues on account utilization planning, approving time and invoices.
Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in healthcare PR, with agency experience strongly preferred.
Experience working on pipelines as well as commercial products.
1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Collaborative spirit, results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint.
Strong presentation skills, experience providing sound strategic counsel to clients and actively participating in client meetings.
Think strategically, creatively and holistically about client programs, fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorms.
Clear understanding of the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process of materials.
Budget management experience.
Understand the regulatory landscape and industry guidelines impacting health clients.
$65,000 - $94,000 a year
Pay range: $65,000 to $94,000 USD
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
