The Account Supervisor, Market Access will be a driving force behind day-to-day activities on a client brand. The Account Supervisor is the central hub of the team, leading the development of client projects. This role offers a significant opportunity for learning and career growth on a growing business within RevHealth.
\n What You'll Do: Develop and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and agency staff. Ensure clear communication related to assigned projects. Collaborate with all departments (art, copy, digital, editorial, studio, project management) as needed to drive the execution of assigned projects. Work with Project Management to ensure jobs route through agency departments efficiently and ensure the accuracy of daily hot sheets. Participate in the annual brand planning process (strategy, tactical plan, presentation development) with senior leadership and help develop strategic recommendations on programs and tactics that help drive brand growth on an ongoing basis. Manage digital and non-digital projects from start to finish, including day-to-day management of timelines, briefs, and quality control. Manage Veeva notifications and provide oversight on RC forecasting process. Continually build knowledge of Payer, Trade and Patient/Hub Support programs.
