Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings, a leading medical device company, is seeking a dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to the account management team in managing client accounts- Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records in the company database- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes- Support the account managers in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- Proven experience in account support or customer service role- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with CRM software is a plus
