**Job Description:**

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Account Support Associate** to join our dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and account management. The successful candidate will serve as a key communication link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring a streamlined and effective account support experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries regarding account status, services, and solutions.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address client concerns and implement solutions.

- **Account Management:**
- Monitor account performance metrics, reporting on trends and executing strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports on account activity to management.

- **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the execution of client projects, coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and client communications.

- **Training and Support:**
- Provide training and support to clients regarding new products, services, and updates.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and other documentation for client reference.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Complete necessary administrative tasks related to account management, including scheduling meetings, updating databases, and filing documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, expenses tracking, and financial reporting for accounts.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client support, or a related field.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Energetic:** A positive and enthusiastic approach to client interactions and teamwork.
- **Confident:** Ability to communicate effectively and assertively with clients and colleagues.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
