### **Job Description:**
Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
- **Account Management:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and account status in our CRM system. Track and report on client-related metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Research & Support:** Conduct thorough research to support client questions, provide tailored solutions, and recommend suitable products and services.
- **Communication:** Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to deliver information and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and address any service delivery challenges.
- **Feedback Collection:** Collect and synthesize feedback from clients regarding services provided and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in continuous training to stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
- **Documentation:** Assist in preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to account status, client communications, and service level agreements.
### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in customer service or account management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- **Resourcefulness:** Proven ability to think independently and creatively when addressing client needs and challenges.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong research skills to find solutions and alternatives; excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable with technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
- **Dependable:** A self-starter who can manage time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- **Commitment to Excellence:** Strong desire to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive work environment.
