Job Description:

As an Account Support Officer at Travelers Cos in Chicago, Illinois, you will play a crucial role in supporting the account management team in achieving their goals and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the account management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate client records- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client requests- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Manage special projects as assigned by senior management- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry

Requirements:- Energetic and adaptable personality with a strong willingness to learn and grow- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in project management tools and software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
