Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Officer to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to Account Managers in managing client accounts- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices- Innovate new strategies to improve account management processes- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience in customer service or account management is a plus- Research skills and a passion for innovation are highly valued- Must be dedicated and resilient in a fast-paced environment
