**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will serve as a pivotal point of contact, coordinating with various departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience. This is a part-time remote position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a collaborative virtual environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strong rapport with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. **Order Processing and Management:**
- Facilitate timely processing of orders and ensure accurate entry of information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

3. **Coordination with Internal Teams:**
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in regular meetings with internal departments to discuss client needs and address any issues that may arise.

4. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve client concerns and service issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Document and track issues, providing feedback to relevant teams for process improvement.

5. **Data Management and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and feedback for management review.

6. **Support for Sales Initiatives:**
- Assist the sales team by providing support in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication with clients.
- Conduct market research as required to aid in the development of sales strategies.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends to better serve clients.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a related role within a corporate environment.
