Job Description:
J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience and a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to account managers and clients in a timely and professional manner- Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and resolving account issues- Conduct research to gather information on client accounts and market trends- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Participate in problem-solving initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Driven and energetic individual with a passion for customer service- Strong research and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required
