Job Description:
Alaska Air Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for someone who is confident, motivated, and possesses strong research and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to the account management team- Assist in managing client accounts and building relationships- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide assistance- Conduct research on industry trends and client needs- Assist in planning and executing client events and marketing initiatives- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Confident and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience with CRM systems is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
