Account Support Representative

Job Description:ABM Industries is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in account support or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, driven, innovative, and possesses emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to account managers in maintaining and servicing client accounts- Assist with client communications and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses- Help develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall account management- Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)- 3+ years of experience in account support or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience with data analysis and reporting- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
