### Job Description

As an Account Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by managing accounts, resolving issues, and building robust relationships within the team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate changes in products, services, and account statuses to clients in a timely manner.

- **Account Support & Problem Solving:**
- Address client issues promptly by analyzing problems and coordinating with necessary internal departments for resolution.
- Document account-related issues, developing and maintaining FAQs and knowledge bases for team reference.
- Assist in identifying patterns in client concerns and collaborate with the team to propose improvements in services or processes.

- **Administrative Duties:**
- Process account updates, changes, and renewals, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.
- Support billing inquiries and assist departments with any discrepancies or issues related to client accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses regarding account performance and client satisfaction.

- **Collaboration & Teamwork:**
- Foster a cooperative working environment by collaborating with colleagues across various departments to achieve mutual goals.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback, account statuses, and emerging needs.
- Support training and onboarding for new team members as required, sharing best practices and knowledge.

### Requirements

- **Educational Background:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in the retail or pharmacy sector is an advantage.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Experience using data analysis tools to derive insights and support decision-making.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated and proactive in taking initiative to address client needs and internal challenges.
- Independent thinker capable of performing tasks without continuous supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and propose sound solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
