**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Support Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our account management team and assisting our clients with their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are driven and passionate about building a career in customer service and account management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Support:** Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
- **Account Management:** Assist the account management team in maintaining and updating client records, tracking client engagement, and ensuring accurate account information.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation related to client accounts and communications.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal departments (sales, marketing, and operations) to streamline processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the account management team for strategy development.
- **Invoice Processing:** Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- **Scheduling:** Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the account management team and clients.
- **Reporting:** Compile and maintain reports related to client accounts and engagement metrics, providing statistical data to management as needed.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, relevant internships or volunteer experience in customer service or support roles are a plus.

- **Soft Skills:**

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
