JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Account Support Specialist FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Code : 21365 Reports To: Senior Account Manager Department Name: 500-Sales and Marketing Location: Silicon Valley POSITION SUMMARY: Efficiently and accurately work with Account Managers in preparing internal documents for customer shipments.
Work with internal department(s) to schedule and fulfill shipments in a timely matter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Review daily customer order report(s) to begin fulfilling request(s).
Support Account Manager(s) to understand customer needs.
Collect, analyze, and summarize quantity and shipment data for each device.
Collaborate with other departments regarding incoming orders to achieve fulfillment and timeline as provided by the customer.
Proactively communicate concerns regarding schedule performance issues and offer alternatives or solutions.
Work with multiple teams to ensure on time delivery.
Follow up on status of jobs.
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years data entry experience is required, as well as at least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge/Skills: Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Organize, detail oriented, quality focus.
Adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events.
Proactive mindset.
Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, create consensus, make decisions and produce results.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop effective internal and external working relationships.
Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
