As an Account Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our partners, providing exemplary support and problem-solving to help them maximize their potential on our platform. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective support to a portfolio of partners via email and chat, addressing inquiries regarding account setup, features, and enhancements.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and generate reports, offering actionable insights to help partners improve their online presence and revenue on Booking.com.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues faced by partners; implement effective solutions while anticipating future challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay partner feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive records of partner interactions and issue resolutions in the management system for future reference.
- Stay updated on Booking.com's tools, services, and policies to provide accurate and thorough support.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with partners and colleagues.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or account management role, preferably in the e-commerce or travel industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
- Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for own tasks.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; able to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse partners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A passion for travel and a good understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
