A successful NetApp Account Technology Specialist (ATS) works collaboratively as part of a sales team to design solutions that uniquely address customers' requirements. Building relationships to help customers accomplish their business outcomes, the ATS is a key component of what makes NetApp special.
The ideal candidate for this position will have approximately 5 years of related experience in technical sales engineering or solutions engineering (or similar) role, with demonstrated results and a growth mindset.
Job Requirements
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in areas listed below:
• Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team.
• Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with our customers to help them experience the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
• Effectively leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp's products and services.
• Actively develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
• Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet the customer's needs.
• Self-directed and proactive in navigating sales campaigns, cultivating customer relationships, and responding to customer needs.
• Ability to travel within the area/market mentioned in this posting on a regular basis (local commuting from residence).
Education
• Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience.
The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $154,800 - $189,200 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
