Accountant, Corporate Accounting - Property Record

**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant experience (e.g.
finance or Accounting)
**Preferred Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

**Relevant Work Experience**
+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (e.g.
finance or Accounting) Required and
+ Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
Required and
+ Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Required and
+ Proficiency with company applications including Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence.
Preferred
**Licenses And Certfications**
+ Driver's License Required
**Physical Demands**
+ Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds
**Additional Physical Demands**
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
