Job Description The purpose of this job is to, under moderate supervision, prepare and file federal, state, and local income tax returns with a focus on flow-through taxation Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns with a focus on flow-through taxation (i.e., S Corporations, Partnerships) Prepare responses to notices and audit information requests from various federal, state, and local authorities Assist accounting department with tax account reconciliations Assist with other accounting projects 5. Research and analyze technical tax issues Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required Master's degree in accounting or taxation preferred Minimum one year's experience in public accounting or corporate/ public accounting preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuit of CPA preferred Specialized Knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Tax research Accounting and tax software skills Competencies Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative and work with moderate supervision Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to conduct tax research utilizing appropriate resources Additional Information Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision 401(k) Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Weekly Pay Onsite Gym Onsite Cafeteria  All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines 28680
