Job summary
Responsible for budget preparation, forecasting, and maintenance of accounting systemPrepares and analyzes monthly finance reportsEnsures compliance with policy, contracts, and grants

Responsibilities
• Prepare billings for Government grants• Assist departments with grant preparation• Prepare annual budgets• Responsible for balance sheets and account reconciliation• Prepare audit package for auditors• Enter payroll and bank transactions• Prepare financial statements and variance reports• Prepare projections and activity reviews• Provide reports and analysis• Monitor cash flow• Process allocation checks• Perform other duties as directed
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration• Minimum 3 years' experience with grants and contracts in non-profit environment• Experience with accounting software, Serenic system experience a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Experience in budget preparation and finance data analysis• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Maintain high level of confidentiality
