Job Description:
Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Accountant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and possess a passion for numbers and an energetic personality.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Assist with budgeting and forecasting- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions- Assist with audits and tax preparations- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- At least 3 years of experience in accounting- CPA certification is a plus- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Strong leadership and teamwork skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
