Position Title: Accountant



Salary: Based on Experience 



An Accountant job in Kimberly, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.  This role requires candidates to have 1+ years of general accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. In this position, you will prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile the general ledger, collect accounts receivable, and prepare sales/use tax returns. This position will also analyze customer credit limits, coordinate end-of-year inventory, and assist the Controller with special projects as needed. This is an onsite role that offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.



Accountant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare monthly journal entries. 

- Reconcile general ledger. 

- Prepare sales/use tax returns. 

- Collect accounts receivable as needed. 

- Analyze new customer credit limits. 

- Coordinate end-of-year inventory. 

- Assist the Controller with special projects.



Accountant Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 1+ years of general accounting experience required. 3+ years of general accounting experience within a manufacturing environment desired.

- Familiarity with cost accounting desired.

- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office. 

- Strong attention to detail.
