About the Position
Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Senior Accountant in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally on new non-routine transactions
Perform accounting research, document accounting conclusions, and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
Communicate the accounting implications of transactions to internal stakeholders at all levels
Prepare journal entries for non-routine transactions, quarter-end reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures
Support the external audit process
Support continuous improvement on the contract/transaction review processes and implementation of SOX controls
Requirements:CPA
3-5 years of public accounting experience (renewable energy or real estate experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Solution-focused with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks to meet deadlines
