Our clients, an extremely prestigious architectural firm is need of an Administrative Accounting Assistant are.
The position is 60% Accounting and 40% administrative.

Candidates MUST have Commercial Real estate or Design& Construction Industry experience
Requirements:
3+ years T&E, AP experience 3+ years of general Admin Tasks-Calendars, Travel, Mtgs, Office Support as needed Associates Degree/Technical Certificate Required.
Bachelors Preferred Industry Required: Commercial Real Estate/Mix Use, Design & Construction
Job Responsibilities
Prepares expense reports Processes all account payables for the office and ensures payments are made.
Prepares vendor contracts and contract approval forms Greets and routes incoming telephone calls and correspondence Produce information, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Schedule and initiate telecommunications/conference calls and videoconferences.
Calendar management; schedules and coordinates internal/external meetings and appointments.
and spreadsheets, printing documents, formatting documents, scanning documents, etc.
Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries Drafts and edits documents of various nature required by manager(s).
Performs with excellent attention to detail and follow ups as appropriate
